We discovered with Anton the beauty of the different forests... Anton is a real professional in the forest as well as in the kitchen. Also, we loved the stay at Rosemary's lodge [Mt Hyland Wilderness Lodge]. These two people (Rosemary and Barry) were so wonderful, we could have stayed much longer in their country house...
